Suzy brings over 24 years of human resources experience to provide expert advice and guidance to companies of all sizes. Her management career has spanned the industry from manufacturing to government to high tech, including 11 years at SAS. She has extensive knowledge in compensation, policy development, employee relations, training, and staffing. Involved at every level of planning and implementation, Suzy's high energy, unwavering integrity, and forthright style allow her to quickly build and maintain productive relationships with her clients.

Professionally certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Suzy is dedicated to maintaining currency of these designations by continually growing her skills through ongoing education. She is active in the community through her involvement with the Raleigh-Wake Human Resources Management Association, Society of Human Resources Management, WorldatWork, Parent-Teacher Associations, and Crosspointe Church. Suzy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government with a Business Administration minor from Campbell University.
